What to include
Describe the issue and include the generation ID if relevant. You can include the time of the issue and your browser or device. Share only the information needed to explain the problem.
Do not send passwords, API keys, sign-in tokens or temporary audio links. You do not need to send your full narration text or audio to report a generation ID.
Beta access and credits
Access is invitation-only. Contacting support does not automatically create an invitation or add credits. There is no payment checkout in the current beta.
Account deletion and privacy
Signed-in beta users can open Profile in Studio and choose Request account deletion. If you cannot sign in, contact support for help. See deletion and retention information.
Read the draft Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Both require legal review before external public beta.
